I got one of these from Francesco in 2016 or so? Maybe 2017? I still use the same one, it’s been all over the world, still looks amazing and fully functional. Best travel purchase of my adult life. Reliable, built to last and super durable, fits in the overhead. 3-4 outfits if you’re smart about packing. Zippers are solid. Banger. Absolute dream of a suitcase. I truly handle this thing without care and it’s bulletproof.

The size one was purchased over 6 years ago and still looks new.

Bought a complete set of the trunks in Taiwan and registered them online, so far they've been good. However I wonder whether or not this brand was merely an outsourced product to some factory in China, because now you see loads of the same exact bag everywhere at 20% of the price. Sure, all big brands also produce in China but they've got long term relationships and IP protection so as to avoid such dilution. Moreover, buying a new cabin bag, I discovered that the manufacturer website is not functioning in the product registration section user profile area - and you cannot reach anyone to resolve the issue. This affirms my worries that this isn't a brand that's going to last long, good idea and global rollout but ill-prepared for the long haul in terms of brand protection and service. My guess is we'll see this product at most for another 2-3 years before it fades away like many brands that didn't do the complete legwork in China for outsourcing.

My suitcase cracked after a few uses. I contacted the manufacturer because I understood it was covered by the warranty. Unfortunately, cracks are not covered. The warranty is rather pointless in this case. Poor quality items. I have another bag and the zipper broke.

購入して1年くらいになります。その間にこのキャリーで6~7回は海外旅行へ行ったと思います。 デザインも良いし、機能性も問題なくて良いキャリーだな…と思ってたんですが、3~4回目の旅行でキャリーにヒビが入っているのを確認して 本体自体は脆いんだなと思いましたし、海外向けではないキャリーケースだと思います。 やはりアルミ系じゃないとダメだなと思いました。 デザインが良いだけに残念感がすごいです

値段は確かに可愛くない、容量とかもそんなに多くない、、、けど、こんなにかわいいキャリーケース他にないし、人と被らないのもめちゃくちゃいい︎💚

外見のインパクトはもちろん期待通り、確かに新品なのに傷が付いても全く気になりませんでした😁。 更に内側の仕切りやポケットが使い易くて最高です。
