The media could not be loaded. We wanted to keep one in our office room to keep the room fragrant. Overall, very satisfied with this product and highly recommended it if you are into diffusers that can be controlled via the mobile app.Pros and cons of this product are below:Pros:- Functional diffusers and oil don't need any dilution with water. Works great in making the room aromatic- Huge capacity (100ml) tank for essential oil. Each refill should last for months- Any essential oil can be used in these- Good sized for portable reasons- Multiple modes are available to select from- Settings using the mobile app is very intuitive to use & LED screen makes it easy to keep an eye on the current settings- Good build quality & feels durable- Looks good as well from a decor perspective- Has a wall hanging mount included in the package, but I prefer a free-standing feature in theseCons:- None that I see for this price & the features, but I wish there was AC power option too

It was easy enough to unlock, download the app and get the Bluetooth connected. But then chaos ensued. I filled the bottle up and set the device down to read the instructions, only to find that oil had spilled in a giant puddle all over my table. Ok, my mistake…. I then tried to use the sticky to mount it to my wall (cleaned and prepped with a little rubbing alcohol). It immediately fell off the wall and shattered into the floor, with oil everywhere again. Not really sure what to do with it at this point - $150 later and it’s half broken sitting randomly on a shelf. I’m not an a dumb person but I certainly felt like one 15 minutes into this project. I’m covered in essential oil and if my house smells good it’s because 50 mL of oil have now seeped into my wooden table and floor, not because of this POS.

I feel like they got me on this one. This doesn't seem like a $100 product with the build quality, I'm a little nervous about breaking it when I'm handling it. It also seems to be controlled by a cheap esp chip and the app to control it is pretty sketchy. My wife said it sounds like a rattlesnake when it "sprays" and I'm not even able to smell the eucalyptus oil unless I'm standing in front of it when it sprays. It wants location access on my phone for reasons I'm not really understanding..

I don’t leave reviews, but I had to with this product. I opted to buy this instead of drop the money of a whole house diffuser that connects to the AC unit. This has been living in my home - filling this gigantic space that is my kitchen, living room, and dining area, with the most amazing smell for a full month (I got the My Way Hotel collection 120ml). From other reviews I decided to check if it needed a refill, because previous reviews had said it lasted for a month. This thing is still practically full!!! ALSO! I was so scared I would burn through the oil too fast so I had it set on grade 3 (1 being the highest setting). So I did a little happy dance and set it to grade 1. I 100% recommend this!

As much as I wanted to love this device I cannot look past the fact that it leaves an oil residue all over, whether you have it high up on the wall or on top of a table you will end up with oil everywhere! I don't know if this is normal/typical of these type of waterless oil diffusers or mines is defective.Also instructions and programming using the app is confusing even after following the manual/instructions it comes with.It is not worth this much money. I ended up getting a second one for way less from Aliexpress and not only is better quality but it doesn't leave as much of a residue.

We have been using this diffuser for 2 months now and I can honestly say it’s not very good. We have had this on the main floor of a 2800 sqf home and this just can’t do the job on the heighest setting. The app is ok but the functions are limited. I would not recommend this diffuser.

Very simple to use and fills my living area with wonderful scents. Long lasting and will never go back to using multiple units
