Carlebben Tactical MOLLE Rip Away EMT Medical First Aid IFAK Utility Pouch 1000D Nylon (Black)

This pouch is exactly what I was looking for. To add extra space for my (IFAK) kit necessary add on's. It was large enough to do just that and still have a little extra room. It is well laid out on the inside with loops and pockets and also has a drop down panel for more organization. It has proven to be very durable so far. Especially since I take from home to vehicle and sometimes swap vehicles during the day. This pouch goes with me almost everywhere and hasn't really shown signs of wear so far. I'm really pleased with this pouch. And last but not least. You can't beat the price.

I bought this pouch to use as a first aid kit that I can put on various hiking packs that I have. The attachment straps are well stitched, the Velcro holds well during hikes and the zippers are nice a smooth to use. The compartments inside worked perfectly for organizing the various bandages, gauze, prep pads, tools, ointments and cold packs. Deciding how I wanted to pack it was the hard part. It fits nicely on my M.U.L.E pack and a Condor MOLLE pack that I use for day hikes. I am going to order another one in tan to replace a makeshift first aid kit that I keep on my pack that I use for a range bag.

This is a good rip away response bag. The only problem I have with this bag is that the elastic straps are too loose to hold smaller objects. This bag is a good size and very efficient to rip and open. I have already used it for a victim of a vehicle vs pedestrian and it was vital that supplies are easy to grab.

I made my own "iFAK" based off of the contents of a popular IFAK kit online. The Molle Pouch is AWESOME! Everything I expected and fit my needs perfectly. The pouch is 8X8x4 fully stocked. The velcro is VERY strong. The inside compartment elastic is VERY strong. For the price you get a VERY nice EMT Pouch I am buying another pouch to build another IFAK.

I ordered this with a ton of other items so I cannot vouch for the packaging of the product alone, but the pouch came in a very thick Zip Lock bag with the EMT bag compressed in.A D-Ring and Mesh bag were included in my case just inside the EMT bag. A American Flag patch is also included.The product has some nice weight to it which brings a quality feel.I haven't tried the rip away feature and probably won't as I really doubt I would need to pull it off to use it. Other then that, it's a quality bag.

Very nice pouch with plenty of room for a couple of tourniquets, hemostatic and regular gauze and an Israeli bandage etc,Velcro tear away is nice feature. Will be my car IFAK.

These comments followed my state of mind over the course of a month.1) This kit holds a lot. I keep adding and adding stuff and I'm still able to close the kit without stressing the zippers. I originally bought the kit to attach to my tactical bugout bag, but I like the kit so much I added a shoulder strap and replaced the fist aid kit I keep in my car.2) I added a MOLLE bag. Needless to say, it's too heavy for my bugout bag, so I'm buying another on one of these kits for it.3) The kit was unbalanced with the additional MOLLE bag, so I moved it to the rear and added another MOLLE bag with a carrying strap. Everything for light first aid I keep in the outer bags. Easy to carry and to find what I need.4) I guess I got carried away with the additions...lol. In hindsight, I should have just bought just one, since it's "tear-off." But I got greedy defeated the purpose. But I just love these kits! Highly recommended!

Perfect for all Main Medical utensils that I use at Medical School, always on me in case something was to happen to someone on the side of the road. Also fits nicely on my TAC vest, (MOLLE) Also, fits wonderfully on my 5.11 TAC backpack. Good pricing and fast shipping.
