A Kiss to Revive Me
A cute quick little read from Cos’s POV. The story was filled with a bit of suspense, action, and of course sweet wholesome love from both family, friends, and of course romantically as well ;)

Purrfect
Cosmo’s POV, say it with me again, Cosmo’s. Point. Of. View. GAH!!! I love this fluffy kitty cat to pieces. Do make sure to read The Scars That Bind Us first as this takes place at the same time and it’s not a standalone. “I made a promise to myself right there, hugging my sweet little mage to my chest, that I’d do everything in my power to bring more smiles, more laughter, more lightness into Madeo’s life.” Swoon, is it any wonder why I love him so or why I’m so excited about this fantastic series? It’s everything I wanted to know from Book 1 and a bit extra so please excuse me as I can’t stop jumping up and down with happiness. All the feels, all the excitement, all the suspense, all the love, we get to experience it all, Cosmo style.

Cosmos and Madeo connecting
When I read the first book, the Scars that binds us, I was totally heart broken on how the story set out with the magi, shifters and the whole distopia crap that happens along with hatred. But seeing Madeo, a prickly magi (in which case he has every right to be prickly) to mellow with Cosmos in a eventual timeline in both the first book and this one. Makes me want to be like Cosmos and want to protect Jude and Madeo from the evil humanity. But alas, we can only follow along the plots, sub plots, character and world buildups. This one deserves a 5 star rating because Icouldnot stop smiling with how Cosmos reacts with Madeo, Rivers, Charlie, Jude, Logan and some new character.Madeo being a small statue magi and Cosmos being a big strapping lion shifter, yeah they're definitely perfect for each other. Can't wait for the next installment.Love Michelle Notaro's works.

great book
I really enjoyed this book. I loved that it was from Cosmos perspective. It was great seeing his views. Loved the prologue and seeing his meeting Madeo for the first time. The world building is so good in this series and continues in this book.I love the first book in this series and this was just as good. I can’t wait for the next one.

Cosmo's Point of View
A Kiss To Revive Me is a novella that takes place during The Scars That Bind Us. It is a much shorter and brief overview of some events that happened there and is told in the point of view of Cosmo. This adds more depth and some nice layers to the dynamics and relationship between the Cosmo and Madeo. It also brings additional dimension to the world building done on the first book. It was wonderful to revisit the sweet moments between the two as seen through another perspective. My advise is to The Scars That Bind Us first before diving into this novella. It will definitely make a better reading experience. I'd say that this is a nice bonus if you love the first book. This would be a 3.5 stars out of 5 stars for me.

Just Enough Snack story to satisfy!
This is a mm paranormal shifter romance novella that should be read between books 1 & 2 of the Magi accounts. God, I would love to be in this author’s brain as they have a spectacular gift for world building! This story was a continuation from book 1, but from Cosmos’ POV. When we last left our hero’s, the world was falling apart for them all and with this author, you never know who she will kill off or maim which adds an extra level of mystery and thrill. Definitely let yourself fall in lobbed with Mads, Cos, Jude, and the tribe as they try to save the world with two hands tied behind their backs!

Small cases big issues
Told from Cosmo's POV this novella lets us see more of what goes on with the pride, but also more of what happens to mages. And much like the main books that means revealing more horrors. It is fascinating to see how Cosmo sees things, from his introduction to Madeo to their current working life and relationship. Every little reveal of the horrors of the past shows Cosmo the reason for the wall Madeo has up, but also firms his need to protect not only Madeo but all mages. There is a feel of hopelessness in this story to that task as such horrors are revealed, but also some hopefulness as the work is done. As always it will be interesting to see where these stories lead!

Four words...Cosmo’s point of view.
That’s is - that’s all the words you need if you’ve read and enjoyed the first book in the series. If you’ve not it’s a must before reading this so go and do that and then you’ll see where I’m coming from.Loved both Cosmo and Madeo in the first book and getting to see some of the pertinent points from Cosmo was just the icing on the cake. It’s not all old info though as there’s some building to the story and I was definitely kept hooked. Can’t wait for more of this series as the world building is fantastic!

Fun companion novella from Cosmo’s POV
It was nice to get a glimpse into Cosmo’s POV and see both how very committed he is to Madeo but also what he’s struggling with. This doesn’t advance the overarching plot a lot (which makes sense since it’s a companion novella) but does a great job of giving Cosmo and the reader more insight into Madeo’s past and what drives him. It was nice to see them all working together for a common goal.

Nice addition
This was a nice addition to the main series. Like that it was told from th other main MC's point of view. A must read if you are reading the main series.

A Different Point Of View.
MM, Urban Fantasy, Paranormal, Romance. An easy to read page-turner told from Cosmo's point of view, needs to be read between books 1 and 2 as this is a companion novella within the series. Although part of the story is already covered in book 1 but from Mae's point of view there is also a new story. A great read.
