This is a great bread flour for my sourdough recipes!
This flower has proven to be fresh and an excellent bread flour that I use at least three times a week. I love the fact that I get a good price at 50 pounds, better than any store price. I would definitely buy again.

Great for pastry.
The best flour for pastry dough. I belong to an organization that makes about 10,000 pieces of pastry every year for a festival. This is the only flour we use.

Great quality
I have purchased this at least three times. The quality is great! It always arrives on time. Fills up two 5 gallon buckets for storage. So thankful I can buy unbleached, unbromated flour in bulk to make bread for my family.

Good bread flour
This flour bakes great bread and feeds my starter so well. I highly recommend. Just make sure you have the storage space for such a big bag. It is in fact 50 lbs.

Buy it don’t think twice
My new flour !!!! So happy I ordered this , at first I was doubting as Costco has cheaper price and organic flour I’ve been getting for years , however something is gone with them quality so I decided to order this one. If you cook cakes,breads, pastas, philo dough don’t think twice order it ….i made baklava dough , burek dough , pastas and flour is just one of the best quality and flavor. Sharing pic of philo dough
