KNG Adult Shop Apron, Black

I was skeptical about a waxed canvas apron at first. I deal with coolant, oil, and grease daily and worried about how it would hold up once it was saturated with these fluids. I have been wearing this apron for almost a year and am close to ordering a new one. This apron has lasted considerably longer than I expected and taken the abuse that I've put it through. It has, now, become saturated and I come away with dirty clothes, but even still, it is protecting my clothing from the full nastiness they would be getting without an apron.The details... The apron is light and comfortable for twelve hour days. The cross straps are good because the straps do not hang on your neck all day, meaning no neck strain. The waxed canvas, as I stated above, does a good job of deflecting oil and grease from wrecking my clothing. The two larger pockets on the bottom of the apron are great for holding miscellaneous items and have held up over the life of the apron and continue to hold up. The pocket on the right breast is separated into two slots. These are great for holding pens and also hold my 6" scale that I carry everywhere. The pocket on the left breast is great because it is only attached at the top, which means if I am carrying a small notebook or calculator or what have you, it swings forward when I lean forward and whatever I am carrying does not fall out.Overall, this is an excellent apron for the money. This is an excellent apron despite the money. I highly recommend this apron to anybody that has a desire to protect their clothing while they are working at whatever it is they are working at.

You will not be mistaken for a french maid in this apron.It is not beautiful, but I end up wearing this apron everyday for painting, for cleaning, for whatever. It is only a few weeks old and it is filthy. Which of course makes me love it more.I am - ahem - a curvy lady and this covers me just fine. It was one of my concerns when buying. Good coverage across hips and also goes down to my knees. Plenty of fabric.Love the shoulder strap/tie system. Very secure, easy to put on/remove.This is a working apron, perfect for the shop, the studio.

I work in a high end grocery store that caters mostly to the tech crowd, and upper middle class. I got tired of wearing the company labeled aprons, and wanted this because I was tired of being a walking advertisement. If your company lets you wear this one without a label, it's worth the money because the pockets are more efficiently placed for quick retrieval of your tools, and most aprons only have two pockets. This apron has four pockets, one of which is great for storing pens, and another that's great for putting on a clip on walkie talkie.But, the best feeling though was that when I got this label=less apron, it was amazing how more customers and colleagues started referring to me by name, and taking more an interest in me personally. I noticed the difference almost immediately. The old say goes that "the clothes make the man (or woman)," and this certainly does.

I really like the pockets! The left (lap) pocket is large enough for my galaxy s2 tablet with case in it and I'm able to keep needed eye drops in one of the upper pockets. BUT I've had it just over a month and the fabric/rivet is already coming apart. The return deadline is past by 4 days. I'm terribly disappointed.

This apron is just what I expected and needed. Design, quality, and fit are all very good. The pockets are handy and well placed. A very good purchase value!(Since I have limited range of shoulder motion and damged nerves in my fingers, my seamtress wife kindly extended the apron ties so I can wrap them clear around and tie them in front. The ties are plenty long enough to tie them in the usual method in the back.)

Liked eveything except it has one pcket that is not attached at bottom and it hangs out if you lean over. Not sure why it is designed this way, but I am going to sew it down or glue it at the bottom to change that. Otherwise, better fabric and heavier than I expected for the price. Worth buying it again.

This is kind of like a baker’s apron with a couple extra pockets. It keeps the dust off of my clothes so there’s value there but at least one of the pockets has started to tear off fyi. I needed one for a new shop and didn’t have time to search dollar-type stores so I paid for this one, though you might be able to find one in a dollar store. I look forward to upgrading one day

I also have the waxed canvas apron for my woodshop but the weight and tackiness of the waxed canvas apron does the opposite of what I need an apron to do and attracts and retains dust. This apron, however, does exactly what I ask of it and keeps a majority of me dust free and holds my tape measure and pencils and marking knife in its pockets. The material is lightweight yet impermeable to dust and not so heavy that it keeps you warm. Go with this one rather than the heavy waxed canvas apron if you're simply hoping to stay clean and have accessible pockets.

This apron is okay for the price, but I would recommend spending a little more and getting something higher quality. I am 5' 10" and it fits a little small, and the straps are not that good. It is not easy to set it perfectly and get it on and off quickly. Overall, I would not recommend.

I dislike the little pocket near the top of the apron - it flops over. With time I hope to figure out a way to get the apron strings configured in such a way the apron fits properly. It’s a mystery at this point. Good material though and value for the money.

Its light, fits well, has enough pocket to assist work around the house and DIY
