I purchased this set as a gift for my husband who is a Certified Executive. He said it a solid set and he enjoys using them but feels they may not hold up long term under constant, high volume use.

This is not good quality. I am looking for a better replacement.

Some tools are good, some not so great. The material of the case is of very poor quality. It tore immediately after two unfolds. I'm overall not happy with this set.

exceptionally poor/low quality. would be embarrassed to take these into professional kitchen. very poor quality materials in the cover and all the tools look like cheap toys. this is not anywhere close to professional grade. even home chef would be disappointed. returning this

If you are interested in learning some cool plate presentations, how to melon ball, how to cut melons or any sturdy fruit or veg into neat shapes or baskets. This set is nice. It would make a nice gift to a young budding chef.But if you are a chef who needs quality, sturdy, long lasting tools...they are out there, not here.Some of the pieces feel a bit tinny/flimsy.The roll case just looks cheap. And it does not hold the tools securely, some of the tools slide out from the end when it was rolled up and tied.My son is a cook/chef. He has some fancy things he does while plating but has not gotten totally into it. i will pass these on to him to have at his home so he can mess around with them and get some inspiration.Would be a great set if it were made of stronger elements and had a case that held the tools securely.Three stars. Price too high for the quality.

I returned these the day they came in. I bought them for my son as a present and would have been embarrassed to give them to him. Cheap tools and a cheap case.
