Love, Hong Kongers: writings by young Hong Kongers sharing why we love the Hong Kong we grew up in and experienced

This book captures the essence of Hongkongers’ love for Hong Kong - that our love for Hong Kong cannot be reduced to the love for a specific thing, but also that we embrace everything that Hong Kong has to offer, from the food to the natural scenery, and most importantly our identity.It was an enjoyable read for me as a Hongkonger, as it reminded me of a lot of memories. But I believe that it will be an interesting read for non-Hongkongers as the book introduces the beauty of Hong Kong’s culture, the tragedy of Hong Kong’s politics, and everything in between.
