This pillow has the support you need without being too high. It is just right for my neck. Most of my neck is fused so I have to be very careful. This pillow lets me sleep on my side and my back without having to change the pillow position. I only wish I had bought this years ago!

I sleep really well now since purchasing this pillow and don't even feel that I am sleeping on one. I highly recommend it.

I like this pillow more than the others I've tried. So far, it's the only one that I can use in most sleeping positions without having it feel odd.It's memory foam material, but not the super squishy kind. It's firmer than you'd expect, so your head isn't going to sink all the way to the bottom.It's a little bit oddly shaped for a pillow, but that's what makes it great. It keeps my neck in place and has an indentation (really a hole in the middle where the cover has a sturdy button to keep the back locked to the front and keep the cover in place and the indention easy to feel.It works well for side-sleeping and on my back, but it's also not bad for the rare times that I feel like sleeping on my stomach.It's not too soft, not too firm and the way it's made, it keeps your head from moving around and in the right position for easing the pain in my neck. You can use it turned the other direction for a different height of the neck support.I like that the inner memory foam part has its own cloth cover, so even if I wash the outer thicker cover, I don't have to deal with that odd stickiness of memory foam. The inner cover is removable and washable, but you don't do that as often.It fits well in my queen-size pillow case, but it would also probably fit in a standard.If you have neck pains, I'd recommend this as an alternative to the ones that are made like two bumps with a valley in the middle. This is much more comfortable. It does squish down fairly well, so it's not bad for travel and can fit into a suitcase easily without taking up a whole lot of space.Overall, for the price, this is a pretty good value considering how much better it supports the neck. Five stars.
