We received the lift quickly, but "no instructions". So, I reviewed the video in the Amazon ad for this and assembled it quickly with ease. We mainly bought it for transporting my mother to and from SUV and it didn't disappoint! Worked Great! It also works good for lowering her on the shower chair, and in her favorite chair as well as commode. Well worth the $348 price but the $150 shipping is ridicules. Also be aware you have to pay that $150 again if you need to return! So, buy at your own risk. Thus, the reason for the 4 stars.

This was easy to assemble and did not take up much room and pretty easy to use. Wish it was better for tall people. Other than that it was nice and attractive.
