Had this up and running for a few months now. Very happy with. Easy to setup and boot time is great. Absolutely no problems. FYI it will not handle Windows 11 but I knew that going in. Great computer for price and it has been reliable. Hardly ever hear a fan running --- it is just smooth and quiet perfect for my desktop.

EDIT: I wrote a nice review below because it was fast shipping. Before I was very excited to finally get a home computer for our household. Our son needs one for school. I am very low income so it took me forever to save up!The computer came with the wrong cable (HDMI to HDMI), but the computer needed VGA to HDMI in order to hook up to any monitor. So I had to purchase a adapter. Annoying that it didn't come with the correct cable but ultimately IDK as long as it works.However, after connecting to new correct cable, the screen says that there is no connection. Every piece of equipment is new except for the renewed computer.Please tell me why this is not working! I spent good hard earned money for this computer and it won't even turn on! I am seriously in tears right now! It's Saturday and there is no phone # to call! I just lost around $200 for this!ONE WEEK EARLIER:I am waiting for my monitor etc to arrive in a couple days, so I will come back to this review if product doesn't work.....But I can rate on the shipping, cosmetic condition and customer service, all excellent!I appreciate so much that you offer affordable renewed computers as I am low income and live in rural area. So that the fact that it was delivered so quickly AND in good condition is SO appreciated

PC comes complete with everything out of the boxThis pc is good but wish it had a slightly better graphics, however, it is good for everyday use. Windows 10 Pro is nice but has a lot of apps running in the background which significantly slowd it down. Installed 'DO NOT SPY Windows 10' & in task manager/start programs to disable all start apps which helped speed it up. Still had issues with slow performance till I disable MS Edge (whcin I dont use) Still had some issues till Edges WindowView2 was stopped in task manager. Then it ran great ! A good buy for the money

Nothing fancy , but overall very great value. Been running now for 3 weeks with 100% uptime. So far zero complaint, very happy with the purchase

It is an excellent opportunity to get a better than new computer because unlike the brand new ones that are basically built by automation a refurbished one has actually been worked on and tested by a human technician, but it doesn't stop there, brand new would cost from $400 to $600. It comes complete with keyboard mouse everything in the box, just open it up set it up and your on your way to a great system for under $225.00 A great product for a great price.

This PC is a really good value. Even though this one didn't come with a monitor, many in this price range have a smaller hard drive/less storage, no sound, and no wi-fi adapter built in. I hesitated to write a review since the adapter initially wouldn't connect to my network and the wi-fi connection dropped for at least a day, bit it came back on. I'm crossing my fingers that it stays on, but I got an extra wi-fi adapter just in case it doesn't. I love that it came with Microsoft Office desktop apps! I prefer them to 365 Online.

Decent enough PC, but didn't have a 4 core processor that would have allowed me to upgrade to Windows 11. Works well enough except for some occasional weird sounding noises (occurring randomly) I think occurring from the sound processor (sort of a robotic noise. Will probably buy another PC soon that comes with Windows 11 already loaded.
