Great, short form application forms.

Plenty of writing space and questions, but individual forms are hard to tear out of the book, and applications are torn.

There is no perforation so you can rip out the pages out. Completely unprofessional to give these out to new applicants

After much looking, I decided on this application. It had the info I wanted and was on one page. I did read the reviews about not being able to tear out the pages but thought how bad could it be. Well it's bad. I can't believe the publisher wouldn't have made them so they had a perforation or something. It will be a pain but I'll remove them all and use the paper cutter to cut the frayed side. Otherwise they look so unprofessional. I would not recommend.

I bought this because it had the most stars and reviews but I didn't actually read the reviews. With that said the form is pretty standard but the part I do not recommend is that if you want to rip off an application to give to some one to fill out it doesn't separate cleanly. It definitely doesn't look like a professional application form. I was actually apologizing to my applicants about the frayed paper.
