Very sharp !!
Nice, sharp knives, good to hold. They are smaller than I thought they would be, but handle well, I have not had them long so it will be interesting to see how well they hold their edge. They seem well made, which I would expect from Sebatier.

GREAT SET OF KNIVES FROM STELLAR
Love these Sabatier knives from Stellar. They are razor sharp but never put them in the dishwasher - rinse them under a hot tap and wipe dry. They make all slicing a dream.
