At&t C71KW is the new streaming set-top box/player/receiver which replaces earlier C41W and C61W models by U-verse formerly Directv. C71KW is also 4K HDMI Compliant. Review: I have other apps and with that it doesn't work - It works but the desertcart Fire stick works better if you got other apps I think I would from now on I'll get fire sticks for my all my TVs but it works we're switching over with Allo. Review: Never buy to this suplier - Very disapointed with the product, the LAN cable was not inclueded, also the device didn't work, it froze all the times I tried to update the software, never worked. I returned it. The box and the remote controller looks so used, very bad shape!!

It works but the Amazon Fire stick works better if you got other apps I think I would from now on I'll get fire sticks for my all my TVs but it works we're switching over with Allo.

Easy to set up
It is pretty much plug and play and it gives me another TV to watch my direct TV on

Great
If you have DIRECTV Stream and can hurdle over the 180 bucks, I highly recommend it. Enhances the DTV STREAM experience better. I was using an Apple TV (4k) which changed menus faster, however, having direct channel input, Guide and List (recordings) - This box is best for non-techies, like my wife and wants to turn on the TV and wallah, with this box your already watching live TV.

10% restocking fee for returning broken device!
Should be zero stars. Would not update at initial install. Tried for a day. Read the internet for several hints and ideas, but the box just would not complete the update that was required for the initial setup. Gave up and sent it back. I’ll use a Roku despite the much better interface on the AT&T box. Company informed me there would be a restocking fee for returned merchandise and does not respond to my inquiries. Do not use.

Didn’t read the full description. Looked more at the picture. It doesn’t include everything shown ( no remote no cable) Everything else was fine.

Very disappointed
I originally purchased two of these units for both of my TVs in my home to say I was disappointed is putting it mildly extreme sluggish response when trying to scroll through the menu or clicking channels very slow to respond I factory reloaded both of these devices, many many times network speed is definitely not an issue as I have one gigahertz speed return both of these devices for refund
