Got these for weight gain for a cancer patient. Great calorie count, expensive, and okay flavor. Too thick for patients that have problems swallowing.

Excellent product!
Full of all of the right nutrients but also full of some not so great stabilizers but there is no zero sum game.. Good with the bad I guess. I do love the sweet flavor. Also a nice add for a cup of coffee.

To me, two advantages
Tastes good and has a relatively high caloric count, an advantage to me maintaining my weight. It could use a higher protein content, especially for the price point.

Great for lactose intolerant people and very high calories have helped prevent further undesirable weight less. Good taste.

Too Expensive
Taste okay, but too expensive The people at Amazon also don't understand what it means to have a new shipment at my door EVERY 14 days. Sometimes it's every 14 or 15 days, and sometimes it's 17 to 21 days. I have spoken to Customer Service several times.. Each time they promised that it will not be delayed again, BUT IT WAS, so now I order from Walmart with FREE home delivery, which is ON TIME when I need it.

A great "boost" for those needing more calories!
My wife and I bought this for our aunt who has end-stage cancer to boost her caloric intake. According to our aunt she loved the taste and was most grateful for the gift. She recommends it to anyone who needs to up their calory intake.
