Item perfect. Very adjustable and super comfy!! Also, I have 90% fused back from scoliosis fusion and this is helping me to improve my very bad posture and I don't even notice I am wearing it. I have tried many SO DON'T give up until you try this one. Also, check out their website great stuff. I never give reviews but I want to help others with pain or who simply want to help improve and feel better. Buy this and then look for stretches and exercises to help yourself while wearing this. It also helps remind you to straighten your posture. Bad posture can cause pain throughout your body. You will be happy I promise!! I got one for my 33 year old daughter who is a gymnastics coach she loves it!!

Easy to put on and fully adjustable. I am short but curvy so I got the large and its a little too big. 30 minutes was enough for me because it starts to make your armpits uncomfortable and your underb**bs start to sweat.

I work at a computer all day and my upper back and shoulders have paid the price! I see a chiropractor for adjustments and also get massages to work out the knots. Using this brace has helped me be able to stretch out the time between professional visits. It can tend to pinch or chafe along the front side of my shoulders/upper arms - probably because I’m still positioning my arms forward to work on my computer. When that happens I just take a break from the brace. Overall, a good value for something that has helped me to feel better/less pain and save money on therapy appointments. Try it out!

Very happy with the product so far. Trying to correct my posture to help with neck pain/headaches and have noticed a difference when I wear it. It forces your shoulders back and helps remind you to stop slouching even when you're not wearing it. I had to exchange for a smaller size and Customer Service was EXCELLENT! I recommend this product.

This is a good posture reminder early on but probably not something you will wear in public. By the time my thoracic kyphosis and forward neck (tech neck ) got my attention I was already very hunched over and developing fusion of a couple of my cervical vertebrae. It was too late for a garment like this to help me. I started seeing a good chiropractor and I’m shocked and impressed that I have been improved by 50% after 3 months of visits 3 times weekly. If you are thinking that there is no hope please at least try a good chiropractor to see if they can help you. I hear good things consistently about graduates of Palmer College of Chiropractic. I was very depressed about my humped back and also very dizzy. Both are better. I hope this will encourage others to seek help and alignment early. before you get as bad as me. This will be a life long process not a one and done visit.❤️
