Superb grounding mat
This mat is wonderful! I use it when I’m working on my computer for hours. It sits under my feet and it makes my body feel so good, grounded, alert, and well. It reduces inflammation in the body and gives an overall effect of well being. I highly recommend it.

Handy earthing mat.
Handy to lay in front of settee or chair when you have a bit spare time to sit with feet on it. Not had long enough to feel any benefits yet.

Waste of time
I have chronic health problems, used this for a long time with absolutely no benefit to my health, all this grounding is just a gimmick, don't waste your money!!
