A good water washable resin that doesn't smell as bed as many others
I just started resin printing so I was a bit worried that the smell would overcome my small work area. This Anycubic resin just doesn't sell that bad at all. I have not tested the water washability of the final models since my wash station is setup with an Alcohol wash, the alcohol does a good job of cleaning the prints. The curing process was equally good. I printed a decent sized model and cured it for 10 minutes, then turned it on its side to cure the bottom for an additional 5 minutes. The final print came out great. I'm used to filament based printing, and even with decent quality settings, you don't always get the smoothest surfaces due to the way the filament deposits itself. My resin print was fantastic. The smooth surfaces are smooth, and the details really stand out. What's not to love about this filament. Excellent print quality with very little shrinkage, very little odor, and a really good price. And the water wahability is a nice feature if you don't want to have to invest in alcohol for your print washing.

Maybe not the best for minis?
I mainly print minis (on a Creality LD-002r) and I just couldn’t get this resin dialed in well enough to give me the detail I want. On top of that, I ended up with a lot of failed prints with pancaked parts, which persisted even after additional calibration and rounds of test printing. I was able to print some larger objects with more success, though.I also didn’t find it to wash well with just water... I ended up using IPA instead.Maybe I just got a bad bottle, but I’ll be trying something else.

Easy To Wash, But Very Brittle
This resin is less odorous than others, and it is easy to wash with just water. But the prints do come out as pretty brittle. So get your super glue ready because one small drop or tug will make pieces of your print break off. I prioritize durability, and even though it was easy and convenient to just use water to clean. I would rather use regular resin and take the extra effort to use alcohol to clean the prints. It is also a bit more pricey for the added convenience so I don’t see a reason for me to come back to this bottle of resin. The quality of the prints do look great, and I an indeed impressed with it. I just don’t see it as a good resin for printing out minis for my dnd sessions with friends. It would get upsetting to see someone’s mini break into pieces mid session.

Works great for little or big projects.
Overall the resin works well for doing miniatures. Recently I tried something bigger and it did pretty good as well. The really large one, I ran out of the grey and used the clear washable to finish the print out. You do have to pay attention to the print specs, when I first started I had a few failed prints because I wasn't using the right exposure time and distance. After that was straight, the dragon head was my first print before the figures.
