Soft, not interested in the storage space, it’s tiny. But it’s strong and again, beautiful.

I agree with the other reviews, this cream color definitely has a pinkish tint to it. The fabric is lovely and soft and it works great as a foot rest under my work desk. Storage is a nice bonus.

This was the perfect size for my daughter's dorm room. No assembly required - all we had to do was take it out of the box. My daughter wanted an ottoman with storage in a neutral color so this checked all of those boxes.

This is used by our entry way for guests to sit and put shoes on and we store disposable slippers in them. Great product!

I bought this because I have an off white glider I wanted to match, this is definitely more of a creamy beige than white just for reference.It's cute and very sturdy. The inside holds a lot.
