I've had this for about 8 months now and I love it! The box came a bit beaten up so I was worried, but the PC was very well protected inside, so it was all good. It came with a keyboard and a mouse which I was not expecting! Both have LED presets as well. The PC itself came with a quality check and instructions for turning it on for the first time. I've been running games smoothly (such as Hogwarts Legacy, Minecraft, Forza Horizon 5, etc) and have had no issues. My only "complaint" (not really) is that the first time I turned it on it had this beautiful pastel rainbow lights (6th picture), but it is not on the presets so after that day I can only find a regular rainbow (7th picture). It's not a big deal, and I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure this case only has set presets for the LEDs instead of you being able to choose the colors. There's a button you press at the top of the case to change between LED presets. I haven't explored this further though. Other than that, I'm happy with this PC! Very decent for the price.

I got this PC in part to play Star Citizen and it runs this game so well (1080p). Seems like 99% of games can run on Ultra settings which is awesome. Looks amazing and it’s quiet as hell. Very pleased with it!

Bought this as a gift for my daughter’s birthday. We got it all set up and the first few hours went fine but then it kept shutting off on her or would freeze up. After some investigation we figured out where everything plugged in was damaged and causing the issue. I was hoping to just do an exchange, of course not. I agreed to do a refund in the form of an Amazon gift card to get the funds quicker to replace it, you know since it was a birthday gift. That didn’t happen. After going round and round with multiple agents, getting 5 different refund dates the money is finally back into my account. Terrible experience all the way around.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. The quickstart guide didn't come in the packaging but we were able to easily go to the customer service website and follow the prompts to easily setup the pc console. The keyboard and mouse that came with it are surprisingly high-quality. Looks great, works really well on all his games. Overall we are super pleased with this purchase!

Runs good with no problems, haven’t run into a game it couldn’t handle. Semi cheap wiring is the only downside I’ve had but doesn’t effect anything.. very good for the price

This PC is honestly amazing. I had a terrible PC before this and I couldn't play any games nor could I record videos. I got this and I’m honestly still shocked I can play my favorite games on the ultra settings. Everything is super smooth, the price is definitely worth it, I’d expect to pay way more

Okay i’ve only had the pc a few hours now but so far it’s absolutely amazing and far better than i was expecting… it runs all my games at high settings and records videos with no game lag at all I love it… especially as a youtuber (mjdoesgames)
