I love this product! I have never had the will power to diet successfully. Plus, with food allergies, a lot of diets didn't fit. This couldn't be easier! You put a patch on your tummy in the morning, and take it off in the evening or next day. No counting calories, carbs or anything else! Also, I react badly to most adhesives. Not so with this one. The patches just basically killed my appetite. I'd be starving, and after 4 bites, I felt full. I weighed myself every morning and found I lost 1-1.5lbs every 2-3 days. I stopped periodically, because i didnt want to lose too fast. I wanted to change my set point, so I wouldn't regain when I stopped. I took a year to lose 50lbs. Started at size 14 and stopped at a roomy size 8. I'm comfortable now and have lots of energy. No snappish hungry behavior! I've been off the patches for 4 months and cycle between 115 and 118. Easy peasy! I love my body again! At this price point, I keep buying packages for my friends, because I get so many compliments! Best weight loss product ever! 😀

Stinks to high heaven and does not work

First of all, I love it. I feel lighter and my tummy has lost inches. Second of all, it helps debloat your tummy and water weight. Only side effects from the patch is the uncontrollable itching I get from the adhesive. I feel like the itching you get when your pregnant and your growing belly would itch. That is it. The positive outweighs the 1 negative. I will continue to use it bc I love the positive belly changes. Definitely recommend.

So these do not smell pleasant haha! They smell like dirt. I wore one every day for the full 8 hours for over a week and only thing I really noticed was less bloating. My guess is they may help remove water weight at most.Most naturally with as many that come in a package I have a ton left so I’ll will try again later and do another update.

Does not have irks at all use the whole package and it is not effective at all

I used a few different things like walks, limiting bread, etc, but I feel like this patch helped me to train myself not to eat after 6, it was challenging and I struggled for months, so I owe this patch an excellent review! It really helped me! I only put it on a little before 6, while you’re eating your last meal of the day. After 2 months you don’t need it anymore, as you’re used to it. Even better if you do late brunch for intermittent fasting. PS: It smells spicy, like bay leaf, don’t wear on dates lol!

For losing inches, they are useless. As an appetite suppressant, they appear to have some value or it may be a placebo. They have a slight fragrance, but it isn't offensive or overwhelming. It reminds me of dried herbs. They didn't leave a red mark on skin, as long as I remembered to change the location each day. I would not recommend.

The product is as described and can work with the right person. I, personally, had adverse reactions. My body did not work with the product.
