Simple exercise toy

Don't Waste Your Money
Unable to fill or seal these balloons. extremely poor product, some balloons were actually damaged & we were given no instructions on how to fill the actual "self Sealing Water Balloon" no hose attachment as shown in picture, the tiny elastic bands are more or less impossible to get on the balloons, and then when you do get them on you can fill the balloon with water. 6 very disappointed children after being promised a water fight whilst on holiday. Don't waste your money
