The media could not be loaded.  Was My favorite hose but found out too late for a refund on the many hoses I bought, that the seam burst open from dragging and pulling hose along the groundwhen simply using it the seam burst open and the inner hose stretches out from the water pressure and burst!!’ 👎😤😠🤨WAS My favorite hose ever!But!I was very careful using the hose not leaving the water on unless I was using it so to release excess water out water the hose so to not have pressure while it was sitting between uses.After a month of using my new 100ft hose it sprang a little tiny leak and was spraying a sort of mist out of two or three holes then at one point I saw the seam of the outside material that is in casing the hose had unfurled, part of the seam and a little bulging bubble from the inner hose was pushing out. I turned off the water and went to get my camera to take a picture and then I turn the hose on the inner material busted out like those long balloons like the ones they make animals out of, and before I could turn the water off it ruptured and broke.I have been very careful with this hose other than pulling it along the ground as any one would normally do, It was moving very nicely because of the outside material being so slickBUT THE SEAMS ARE TO VULNERABLE AND THE THREAD EASILY WEARS THIN Causing the seam to Frey open and the inner hose to breakSo now the question is can I get the special connection parts to fix this tear in my hose?And even if I did was sad news is it’s a big waste of money in time because obviously this is just gonna keep happening like it did on the other hose I was using in another part of my yardI did take the time to fix the hose in my backyard and included some pictures for you to see that the process and it worked but all that does is shorten your hose by many feet depending where the break is.The second hose broke when I was washing my car I turned around to pick it up to spray off the soap and I saw the hose doing that giant water balloon just in time to watch it burst open and too bad didn’t have enough time to grab my phone and film it breaking.The hugest disappointment is I’ve invested quite a bit of money in these houses that seem like they were really greatOut of all the items that I bought on Amazon this was the biggest waste of moneyAlthough I am past the so-called refund date which is really quick after you buy the hose, I I feel the people who sell this should totally refund because the product breaks. A person doesn’t use their hose every single day but I could definitely say after about a dozen times using it the seam where they sew together the outside material can’t handle being pulled along the ground, Thus their products is going to break for everyone who buys one of these but unfortunately it will break too late to be refunded and the only person who will benefit are the sellers, I’m going to reach out to them and see if they will stand behind their product and give me a full refund I would happily send them the hoses back so they could see what happened. I could investigate finding a part that may join the hoses where it breaks but then again that’s more money and my time out just probably see it break in other areas, I’m 60 years old and this is the stupidest thing I’ve ever purchased. I was so enamored and impressed when I first got it and now I am equally unimpressed and feel ripped offYou can see in the pictures where I repaired the first break and also took a picture showing the inner hose having some strange compression scar from manufacturing

Happy wife happy lifeI actually bought one of these locally and paid easily $20 (impulse buy). That’s generally not what I do. I took it home, tried it out a bit and waited for my wife to come home to have her try it out.I actually forgot to mention it to her when she got home but it didn’t take long for her to come running to me the next day and telling me how awesome this hose is. It was interesting because a few days later she reminded me of how awesome the hose is and how she dreaded dragging the big bulky hose we got at the local Costco. I ended up selling the heavy long hoses just a few days later. I didn’t want them sticking around. They are a pain in the A to put away nicely.Granted we do we’ve only been using them for a couple of weeks so durability has yet to be tested.I can leave an honest review on this product because I decided to buy three more through Amazon. If you think about it, yes, I saved $60 by going through Amazon. I don’t know why it’s drastically higher in town. I’m all for supporting local business but that’s just ridiculous.The third hose I will be giving to my daughter for her birthday. That way watering the lawn and flowers is less dreadful. I think she’ll love it too.

This is hands-down THE BEST expandable hose available. Why? Because it is MADE to be repaired by the end user. We have put up with the inherently fragile expandable hoses for many years due to their superior qualities (before they invariably fail). All brand we have tried have failed. But THIS company did the unthinkable and actually designed the hose to be easily repaired when the inevitable failure occurs. We have three of these in various sizes. One of them developed a cut in the fabric and a leak about three feet from one end. I repaired it in minutes (no tools needed except scissors to cut off the damaged end). Hopefully this company will continue to produce this hose. I’m considering stockpiling several more just in case they go out of production. I’m concerned that they are now very difficult to find when searching Amazon. I had to refer to my prior orders to find it again.

A little background: I've been a big fan of the concept of expandable hoses ever since I first saw a Pocket Hose ad. Concept is great... execution has not been. First couple of Pocket Hoses I bought failed pretty quickly -- kept buying the newest, improved-est one they were selling, they kept failing.Paid a little more for this one, wanted it to be the one that made it all good. Looked more heavy duty when it arrived, cool color scheme, fingers were crossed. That was just over one year ago.Never been exposed to freezing temps, never stored in direct sunlight, always drained after use, used about 3 months a year on a sprinkler to water our front lawn.First pic shows the blister I noticed when done watering yesterday -- second one shows where the blister burst as I was going for some tape to reinforce it. Again: just over a year old, used for only about 3 months of that time, never exposed to extreme temperatures, conditions, or use.This is not "the one"... my search continues...*UPDATE*: Went to Bond's website, filled out their warranty claim form, attached the 2 pics and the description above, and have been waiting ever since. Got one pseudo-helpful form letter acknowledging my submission, and saying that it had been sent to the Warranty Department for consideration. Haven't heard anything since. This isn't rocket surgery -- hose broke due to material failure, either replace or refund. Not impressed with their claim to customer service, definitely won't hold my breath -- and won't buy from them again. Getting another GrowGreen hose, instead.

Initially it worked great and we were very happy but unfortunately it exploded after a few use. Can't recommend it eventually.

light weight works great! i put two soaker hoses toghether to make onehundred foot hose it works soaks my trees great! easy to roll up light weight
