so disaointed!
I am so disapointed. This would have been a beautiful unique gift for my grandchild, but it didn't work the way it was supposed to. Would not change light colors. The crystal is beautiful though. I am returning it, but I really wish it had worked right. Also, it didn't come in a box but it was packed in a foam box, no instructions.

Broken remote
They sent a remote that didn't work changed the batteries and everything still didn't work. There is also no way to get ahold of customer service to get a refund or a replacement.
