I purchased from another seller and my grains disintegrated til there was barely any left. The grains I got from this seller were absolutely amazing. This is my third batch and I went from 8oz to about 64oz in 12days. I would definitely buy again from this seller if I ever have to 😉

As you can see, I bought 1 cup of grains and they were delivered April 10th - which is only 7 days ago’ I split the cup into 1/3rds and added to 3 quart jars. I’ve made 2 runs of kefir water and I am shocked at how much they have multiplied in a single week!!! I know how about 1.5 cups of grains per jar. I have to go by more jars to divide them. I’m not new to making kefir, but I’ve never had grains this prolific! And they carbonated so well on 2nd ferment of their very first batch! I’m beyond impressed and will not ever get grains from anywhere else again.

I received them sometime before Covid lockdown and forgot about them for YEARS. But I put the greens in to the little bag that they send you. I added the sugar I added the unsulfured molasses and I put them in a 1 quart mason jar for a few days. I just checked on them and they have tripled in size after only one fermentation, the water kefir is delicious and a little fizzy. I did not a little jar open during the ferment so I’m actually surprised that there’s any fizziness and so although they don’t guarantee them for a long time and they recommend you set them up right away I think with the unsulfured, molasses and sugar in the spring to life and multiply aggressively And I am super happy and it is so incredible
