Alpine stood behind their warranty. I purchased the Alpine 4000 pump in September of 2023, and one day this Spring, it just stopped working. I liked the pump - it was quiet, easy to operate and keep clean, and had an incredibly long cord, The flow rate was more than adequate for my recirculating waterfall. Knowing that the pump was still under warranty- I reached out to Alpine for help. They were responsive and very graciously sent me a brand new replacement! Iโm hoping to get many more months of use from the new one. It does its job well. Thank you Alpine!

I have had a Koi fishpond since 2001. Through that time, I have purchased a few pumps. The last one before this purchase, was supposed to be the ultimate mag drive pump with a good warranty from a pond supply company. That pump had a failure in the first year. I was told I had to deal directly with the manufacture to get my warranty processed. First, they wanted to diagnose it by having me take it apart and sending them pictures. Then they wanted to send me the replacement part they said it needed. That part was not in the warranty and was going to cost us almost $200. They expected this shaft to be the problem when I first called in. It was clear this was a problem area with their pump and would not warranty it after 90 days. Our pump runs year-round. The other pump had the same advertised numbers but did not pump as much water volume as this pump. Which means our pond is cleaner with less effort. This pump runs very quiet compared to the other pumps we have used in the past. You can be sure that from this time forward this is the pump we will purchase and recommend to all of our friends. Our pond is listed on a tour of koi ponds in our area. I look forward to sharing with everybody this year about this pump and how much better it works compared the other pumps we have used. I have not had it long but the reviews on this company are off of the chart. As for how well it works. It is the best pump I have ever purchased for our pond!

I bought this product in April 2022 to replace a failed pump for my small waterfall. The flow was better then the original. Now the better flow keeps the water from running on the stone wall behind the waterfall. 2 weeks ago the new Alpine pump failed. It is a tight space where the pump goes so I bought the same pump that day. I got the new one right away installed it and it worked fine. Reading through the paper work I found out it came with a 3 year warranty. I contacted the company and left a voice mail. They also have a text number listed. I got a text back right away from Pattie. She was so helpful. She asked I take a 10 second video of the pump not working a picture of the tag. She said she would get me a new pump did some paper work on her end gave me a ticket number. There was a $30 shipping fee that I paid and the pump was going to be sent out in 3 or 4 days. All this took less then 10 minutes. All done by text. No hanging on the telephone. It was so easy. Pump arrived today and now I have a spare that I should have bought already. Alpine is lucky to have a girl like Pattie.
