So I thought I was purchasing a cordless mini round hair brush dryer and when I received it and found it out it simply a "hot tool", I immediately started a return. HOWEVER after trying it I've changed my mind!!! It works really well. I LOVE so many thing about it. It's SO easy to use, it's very small and cordless. I have LONG wavy hair, so with winter weather I need to touch up my bangs when I get from point A to point. B. This tool does the job!!! AND it's quiet, so NO ONE KNOWS I'M IN THE LADIES ROOM DOLLING UP!!! It's like a "secret weapon"! LOVE IT. I say "try it before you knock it". It's so cute, small, fits in your purse, easy to charge, heats up in less than 2 minutes, and really does a GREAT JOB! Trust me, I'm a hair fanatic... I use my Dyson Airwrap almost everyday, and so now I take this when I'm on the go! I would even recommend this for men. Just try it!

I keep this in my work backpack to tidy up my bangs when I don't have time to do it at home, which is often. I think it's a great buy!

This item was obviously previously sold and returned by someone, stuck in a plastic bag and then sent to us. It was missing the charge cord and had someone's hair stuck in the brush and in the travel case. There had been a sticker on the box that was ripped off, couldn't read it clearly but it may have said defective so we didn't even try it and immediately requested a return. So we can't rate the product however this was advertised as new not refurbished so returned it in this condition for the price was unacceptable.

Charged fast, good amount of usage between charges 3-4. Carried it in my purse on my flight so that I could use it on the plane before landing. Was perfect. Use anytime anywhere.
