I had some skinny strips and some of the strips would start to come off after a few months. I bought this to take the place ad so far am very pleased. Make sure you know how much you need when you order. I have to buy a 2nd roll because I used in 2 showers/bathtubs.

My laptop has a very slippery case. A couple of strips of this tape solved the dropping problem, and it looks good.

Sticks well but didn't work for what I wanted it for. I was using it for flipping the rubber slideout seals on our Motorhome but the rubbers were to tight to flip. Might work for you though if your sweep seals aren't overly tight.
