Poor quality control
If you purchase these straps make sure you take each one out of the package as soon as it arrives, only 2 0f the 10 were useable. The rest were improperly sewn and could not be used.

Pull the blue ends & these straps will work
Works great once you figure it out. Start at each end of the blue band and separate the blue band from the white, & then the band opens wide. Very odd, but works great once you pull blue ends hard.
