mount, missing cables
outside unit didn’t come with power cables and mounts plate for inside unit is very weak when installed in the wall and bent which caused little over a inch space between the wall and the unit. Also, the copper connect bolt was slipped so had to grind to make it fit. cooling however is good which is the reason i’m keeping it.
