EASY AND BRIGHT!
We installed these in our soon to be retirement manufacturered home "cabin".My construction husband instructed me on how to install. These lights took 10 minutes each! The boxes that are already in the ceilings are older, and the square screw heads don't allow the lights to be flush against the ceiling. In a conventional home, you should not have that issue (These come with a bracket that you screw into the electrical box that is already in your ceiling). Our roof is very well insulated so i don't mind the extra "gap" (my hubby does, but i dont want him to pull out the original box bc it is very messy, difficult and time consuming in a manufacturered home).I also watched YouTube videos to learn too, and it IS VERY EASY to install these lights ladies!! You do need a Phillips head and a SMALL NEEDLENOSE set of pliers. Possibly a flathead to remove the existing old light, if that's how the old light was installed. The 2 downfalls to these lights are screwing in the baby nuts, why u need small needlenose pliers, and the 2nd is they flicker a bit, like lights in older houses. Not sure if the flicker is due to our end or the lights end, but I'll say it's due to our home since it IS a manufactured home (1995).We installed these in our hallway and laundry area for brighter light and to have the lights more "in" the ceiling, as the original lights were glass globes that hung down 9" and the ceilings are only 6.8' high in that Area of our house. We won't use the lights that often, as there is lots of natural light already. The slight flicker these lights have won't bother me.On a regular home, these will appear as can lights and will really update your home. Would be great for COMPLETELY FINISHED basements, closets, pantries, and / or dark areas where you want real light, and you cannot beat the price! I don't think these are rated for damp or wet areas, so DON'T put these in a "damp" room or bathroom-- otherwise id say its at your own risk....Aside from the two "cons" if u are needing quick easy and BRIGHT lights I recommend right now. I hope these last. You do not need a bulb as they are LED integrated. They're supposed to last 50,000 hours supposedly. Guess we'll find out if they last til Jesus comes🥰

Inexpensive lights that work pretty well
I bought these to replace a couple of florescent fixtures in a closet. They actually work pretty good and seem to be at least as bright as the fixtures they replaced.Installation was no more difficult than most light fixtures, other than perhaps that it was a little bit hard to get the nuts on the posts unless you have really tiny fingers. Would have been nice if they have given a little more clearance around them. The one downside to these lights is that the "bulb" can't be replaced. If it ever fails, you'll have to replace the entire fixture. If you are using them as a matched set, who knows if you will still be able to get the same style years down the road, so you might end up having to replace both should one go bad. No big deal if you're a DIY'er that is comfortable wiring a ceiling light, but if you're needing to pay an electrician, that could get expensive. But we'll assume they are going to last a good long time. As long as that comes true, I think they are a great value for the price.

Terrific ceiling light for minor renos
Works perfect in the short ceilings in my mobile home. No special fiddling around with it - just unscrew the two bolts holding up your old fixture, twist, remove wiring, redo wiring on new, align bolts, tighten, and done. The 3000K feels like a cross between a neutral light and the warm glow people prefer in homes. Doesn't mess with whites too much, but at the same time feels "cozy." Pretty spot on where it should be on the colour chart, so this light has that going for it. The light also easily pushes out its rated lumens.Only thing I didn't like about this fixture was that the wiring was not tinned at the ends. Not a big deal really.

muy buenas lamparas
Buenas lamparas, excelente relación calidad-precio. Se ven muy bien.El unico detalle es que la base que traen para fijarla no queda a las cajas electricas de Mexico entonces hay que ajustar un poco pero no es tan complicado.

Nice LED's for a good price
I'm an electrician and I bought these for a friends furnace room and basement living room. The output is very good. Crazy easy to install (right onto the octagon junction box) and nothing sticks up into the jb other than the wires so you don't have to worry about box fill. I'd buy them again when I need em.

Nice lights and good customer service
This was the second time a bought this 2pack light kit. One of the lights was defective, just didn't turn on. I contacted Amazon and they had me contact the seller directly. I contacted them on a Sunday, by the next Wednesday I received a package from Amazon with a new replacement kit. Excellent service and the lights work very well. Thanks!

Five Stars
so far so good. counting on the 5 years warrantyedit: one of the 2 failed after 4 years and 10 months. they are in temp. controlled basement, almost 24/7 on. so that's 42000hr and counting. on one hand i doubt i can count on the seller to honor the 5 years warranty seeing how few their products are on amazon now. on the other hand i've had way more LED bulbs that failed way earlier from hd, seems i've got my money's worth with these.and hello to the one person that will see this edit
