I have a skin condition called hidradenitis suppurativa (don't look it up if you want to hold down your lunch, though mine is a mild case). It's a rare and not particularly treatable disease. I've tried many different solutions without much success, but I heard from some fellow sufferers that zinc can help. I researched various zinc supplements before this to find the best formulation, and this is the best I found, especially since it has copper included; if you take zinc on its own without the copper included here, it can potentially deplete your copper stores which can lead to serious health problems, so it's important that this supplement sidesteps that. Anyway, I definitely think it's helped significantly - I'm not going to pretend it cured me or anything, but I'm confident it has reduced my flare-ups.

Got this for improving stomach inflammation, but it didn't. I have seen many ppl say it helped their gastritis, but did not help mine. So only 3 stars.
