How do i pair this with a ptt lapel mic for Samcom radios?

This earpiece is built with a 3.5mm male connector. If your Samcom lapel mic has a 3.5mm female port on it, then you would plug it in to that port. If your mic has a 2.5mm port or no port at all, then this earpiece is not compatible. Also, this earpiece is not Bluetooth. It’s wired.

Can this be used with a molded earpiece by Decibullz?

No. There is no tube from the radio or speaker/mic to the earpiece. The earpiece is a tiny speaker that you insert into your ear canal and it connects via a very thin gauge wire to the radio or speaker/mic. I have Decibulz and much, much prefer the N-ear. It gives clearer and crisper audio and never falls out. Very much worth the price. I use it regularly as part of a CERT team at events and training. Totally sold on it! Be sure you get the right diameter plug and wire length and you'll be set.

Is this left or right ear?

Good morning! The Flexo Dynamic is flexible enough to be used in either left or right. It is not ear specific like the Original 360.

Do you sell just the Rubber earpiece?

The N-ear 360 Flexo comes with two styles of ear tips, Open for 360º Situational Awareness, and Rounded which closes some of the ambient noise. It can also work with an EAR FIN EAR TIP SKU: EFIN Category: Parts at n-ear.com
