This is a 6 pack. I don't see 4 pack anywhere on the bottom of my screen when I look on this listing. Maybe I'm missing it? It is definitely a 6 pack in the heading, and the picture. Also, on my listing, my descriptions further clarifies it for the customer by reading "I am a licensed veterinarian and I guarantee this product is purchased directly from Bayer. This is the NEWEST Version of authentic Advantix II, 6-month supply. It is USA EPA Approved and does not expire..." I hope this helps.
