Most importantly: it made a great anniversary gift with quietly romantic overtones. The lighting is at a good level for the cutouts, which are very sharp and clear. The light box doesn't run hot, as it uses four segments of amber LED strip lights. There's a switch built into the included USB cord so it can be left connected to a power source without being constantly on. The light box is removable and in its own sealed case, which would make the rest of it very easy to hang or display on a bookshelf with no cord attached to it. As the voltage involved is very low, it doesn't appear to produce any hazards for shock or fire even if it got wet or was left on for long periods of time. In short, it's one of those extreme rarities- a product that comes very close to perfection.

Beautiful, adorable and exactly how I was hoping it’d be. I was thinking it might be a risk buying this and it would be cheap, but I was pleasantly surprised how cute and durable it was along with its overall quality.

I love this piece. The Mountains and Dog's were exactly a great subject for my gift. The colors are brilliant in a dark room (not so much in bright sunlight, but still visible - but that is expected being a night light.. )I love this! Thank you so much!

It's not exactly as shown in the pictures where it is lit up.. its not nearly as dark in the front as it appears black in these photos. But its still really nice. Big upset was that it doesn't come with a plug so you'll need to buy a USB adapter to use it..

The detail and use of lights in this lightbox draw you into the scene. I've gotten many comments about it when people have visited my home.

Pictures do not do this product justice. It is just gorgeous. Well put together. Fast shipping, and it does come in it's own white gift box. I bought this as a gift and I do believe this is something that will truly be loved and not regifted.
