Almost Perfect
After having large Sony, Vizio, and LG TVs in our last house, I recently bought three Sony TVs for a new house (2 of the 85” X85K and 1 70” X80K) and they are excellent. But I can’t for the life of my figure out why these remotes aren’t standard. My biggest complaint about the old Sony was that I couldn’t see the buttons in a dark setting and had to wait for a bright scene or use my phone light. Thank you to the sellers for offering them on Amazon. The remotes themselves feel more premium than the standard plastic remotes. The metal top covers are cool to the touch and a bit heavier, making them feel like a more substantial device. They immediately work via IR and swapping the Bluetooth connection over takes just a few seconds following the on-screen directions. Definitely a legit factory product with voice control and all the normal features. The one drawback, and this is not the sellers fault and clearly shown in the pics, is that it replaces the YouTubeTV button with Bravia Core. This app is disabled by default but can be added. I have never used it, so not sure if there’s value but if you used the YT button a lot this might be a slight drawback for you.All in all, good purchase. Shame on Sony for skimping on a $2000 TV but glad to have the option to right the wrong this easily.

Button pressure harder than original
The buttons are slightly harder to press than the original remote.

Works like a charm
The review that came with my TV crapped out for some unknown reason about a month after purchase. I don't recall dropping it, nor hitting any sequence of buttons that would cause it to die.I took a whim on this since my Firestick remote does everything but power on the TV, & after about a month or so, it's going really well. No complaints.

Backlit keys don't work
The remote works well but has two issues:1. the voice recognition does not work as good as the original remote2. the backlit keys don't work, even though they were mentioned in the description of this replacement

Sleek backlit and functional
Works perfect with Sony XR-65A80CJ. Setup was fairly simple. This remote is compact compared to the older remote, but fully functional. Love backlit buttons. I wish it had YouTube button instead of Bravia core.Tried button mapping with third party app, but it's overriding other buttons as well with same shortcut.

It works BUT…
Rather disappointed. For the price I “thought” I was getting the same remote that I had BUT it’s plastic. It “looks” the same but…feels flimsy. A lot lighter than the original. In addition, price dropped the day it was delivered. I feel rather double ripped off.On a “positive note” it does work. I wanted a second remote because I’m always misplacing them.

Great Secondary Remote
I purchased this for my master bedroom 55" Sony LED TV. I have a reading chair in the same room. I use the remote that comes with the TV for this reading chair and use this one for my bed when in the dark for the backlighting.I only gave 4 stars because it should have been included with the TV to begin with.Keep in mind if you register this remote as a secondary remote for your TV the Google assistant button will only work on the primary remote.

No voice control, frustrating input sleep
No actual voice control function despite description. Remote seems to go into some kind of sleep mode that requires pressing keys 2-7 times before the TV responds if you've gone more than 10 seconds without pressing a key. Don't think this a genuine Sony product.

Keys are not backlit
This remote is not backlit as advertised. This was the whole reason I bought it, since the remote that comes with the tv is not backlit. False advertising.
