I use the product with the Big Blue Filter to act as the preliminary filter prior to a secondary filter under the kitchen counter for water used for cooking and drinking. My first use of the preliminary filter removed rust and mineral from the water supply of a state park, which was connected to a municipality water company, rated as superior. I also consider the preliminary filter to have excellent value because it helps me process larger than normal quantities of water over a longer period of time without removing the chlorine from the water at the point that the water enters our RV holding tank. I remove the chlorine at the faucet in the kitchen. I need chlorinated water in the fresh water tank, even though I do practice the highest level of maintenance on my fresh water system. Do not remove the chlorine until you use the water because chlorine helps maintain fresh and clean water.

This filter has worked great for my in home filtration system. I have already ordered a second one for when my filter is due to be changed. Geekpure filters work great!

Very good quality and met my expectations.

They look very cheaply made, don’t even have rubber seals as gaskets on ends looks like there all paper. Wouldn’t buy again.

I just changed this filter today and I honestly believe the Geekpure filters are better than the Viqua filters (originals) AND half the price.

Great product, most people just don't know how to properly install pipe and will complain about it leaking due to their lack of knowledge
