Nice and very useful product
The product was received in excellent condition. It works as expected and is very easy and useful to exercise indoors. Overall it is a good experience.

Pretty good for the price with some caveats
very sturdy for the price. Bought it for my mom who had an accident sone time back and had to ex . And she's happy with it.But there are some downsides.Because it's light it jumps around while cycling and has to be pushed against the wall.Would have been better if it came with bottom suction pads.Makes a lot of noise when it's tightened while cycling as the pedal mechanism causes the fabric to make a sqealing sound

Go for it. Very useful and value for money product
Portable and easy to use exerciser for Feet and Arms. Unlike many other similar products, this has a flywheel and a slip belt arrangement to adjust the resistance. Very smooth and uniform operation.For hand and shoulder exercise, the unit can be very conveniently kept on a table.The finish is superb.

Product fell apart after 10 days of warranty
Screws started coming out of the machine and it stopped working. I connected with the service centre, that was a pain, since they only communicate on WhatsApp and half the time they don't respond. I was told that my warranty got over 10 days back and I have to pay 750 for service appointment and more for parts. For a product that costs 2999 and breakdown happened 10 days post warranty period, I requested if they can help me. They respond they will connect back soon. No one responded, so I went through the WhatsApp communication process, told them I will pay the service fee, I was assured that everything will get resolved in 24-48 hours. It's been 5 days since. Now no one is again responding on WhatsApp.If you really want to buy this product make sure that you are okay with throwing this after the warranty period and buying a new one. Company doesn't care about customer.Total waste of money.

Product is good but service is very bad
Service date is given on 27 October but they didn’t come and they sent message that service is completed I am very much disappointed

Good Quality
Assembling is very easy can be done within 5-10 mins, all the tools necessary to screw are also provided in the package. Used for nearly 15 days very compact to store , easy to carry (weights 3kgs) and value for money. Elderly people can benefit from using this.

Very Nice Cycle for Legs
Beneficial product for the people with long sitting jobs, for aged people...It's for everyone.Improvement needs to be done in the mini cycle. The tension converter should have some marking.The main concern is the cycle foot pads which are not stable in their position while driving when it kept on tiles or any smooth surface. It should have some kind of vacuum mechanism or the rubber pad should be strong enough to hold.Rest the things are fine and it's awesome.......
