I was always sceptical about air-fryers, I don't know why - maybe because they got so much hype? But we finally figured we'd get one to try and see what all the fuss was about. This one got good reviews and it was a lower price (for the capacity) than many others, plus I liked the design and the window to see the food.Wow. This thing is AWESOME!!!It looks like you'd imagine an air-fryer would look if Apple made one (and you know it would be called the 'iFry'). Very modern, very slick, super easy to use interface.I haven't used one without the window but find it really useful to see the food while it's cooking without having to open it so I'm glad we got this model, plus it's a very trusted brand. From reviews I'd seen you can't just go off the "quart" capacity - it's all about surface area with air-fryers so you want plenty of space so the food isn't crowded, which is what makes this one so good (vs others that may be the same or higher capacity, but by having more depth which isn't as good).So far we'd made Chicken Wings, both plain and breaded, and the breaded ones tasted as good or better than the best Fast Food Chicken you've ever had (KFC, Popeyes etc...). We've also made Burssel's Sprouts with Bacon and mmmmn, so delicious.Lots of more things to try making, but so far everything has worked out beautifully and cleanup has been a breeze. So definitely recommended.

I had the highly reviewed 8 qt Ninja air fryer. After 8 or 9 months The non-stick coating on both trays came off, which doesn't make any sense because they were never aggressively scrubbed or damaged with metal utensils. They wanted $100 including shipping for new trays, which is ridiculous. So I bought this air fryer on sale instead and I'm delighted to say it's far superior in every way. It cooks much faster, is easier to clean, is significantly quieter, and is engineered better overall. For example, when you pull out the tray while cooking the air fryer pauses instead of continuing to run. It has a built-in light that you can turn on or off so you can easily see when you need to flip the food. The ninja fryer was also very slow to cook when you used two baskets instead of one. I found that I don't miss two baskets because most of the time you can simply throw everything in and take out whatever is finished cooking if one item finishes faster than another. I also like the larger single basket as opposed to two smaller baskets. It's just more practical. Overall, I would definitely recommend this air fryer over Ninja for all of the above reasons. Not to mention it was much cheaper on sale.

We did not have an air fryer and researched a number of makes/models before deciding on this one. It has excellent easy to use controls, and plenty of temperature/time settings. We probably use it 1-2x a week to cook a variety of foods such as hashbrowns, fries, chicken wings, bacon, perogies. It heats up to desired temperature quickly and is great to avoid using a full oven. The basket is a good size for what we cook, and the removable tray cleans easily and we put the whole basket in the top rack of the dishwasher for each cleanup. Highly recommended.

This is our third air fryer and by far our favourite. The basket is large enough for meals for 2. Perfect air frying, good fan, not too noisy, and easy to read/use controls and super easy to clean. Noted a couple of reviews of plastic/metallic smell - just follow the instructions for first use (no food) and it was fine after. Highly recommend.
