I bought the samebike lo26 ii for weekend riding etcMost important features I was looking for were:1. Foldable mountain bike with 26 inch wheels - which makes it fit in a small space in my apartment and in the trunk of car2. Full suspension (front+rear) for comfortable riding on occasional light off-road conditions3. Battery enclosed within the frame of the bike (not hanging outside where it could get stolen or damaged)4. Mag wheels (no hassles with spokes getting bent etc + lightweight)The ancheer and vivi ebikes came close but they didn't have an enclosed battery. I initially bought the samebike lo26 ii after watching some videos on a YouTube channel where the owner had modified and upgraded his samebike lo26-ii . But I enjoyed riding it so much that I bought another for my partner so that we could go on bike trips etc together.The build quality and design is very good and there were very few other bikes that offered all the above features I was looking for in the sub £1000 price range.Added bonus feature is the colour LCD panel with speed, PAS, remaining battery life etc on display and front light. The mudguards are a bit flimsy so I got rid of them , might replace them with a seat pack sometime later. The bike can be charged without removing the battery from the frame also.Delivery was speedy - received it within the week.Customer service by seller is great and they were very responsive ( I burst the inner tube when inflating it first time as it got pinched somehow but they offered to refund the cost when I submit an invoice) Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. I have had the bikes for about a month now and it's definitely worth the price.

First ebike for me ..Very well made absolutely love this bike..As an OAP I find it a little on the heavy side but everything else is great . Smooth gear change quick uptake on power mode . Came well packaged and on time. Would highly recommend.

Not bad for the money

Where to start! It was delivered on time. The box had obviously been opened and plastic strapped up. Firstly it is a partial assembly job which was not clear. I am mechanically challenged so it took me a while. You need to put the front wheel on as well as the handlebars and other setting up (tyres pumping, adjustments, tightening etc) It took a good couple of hours. The manual is worse than useless. Glossy and full of "read the manual" which takes maybe 3 minutes max, and has very misleading very small photos, which seem to be in a random order. The biggest fault on the manual is it doesn't tell you how to turn the bike on, it is not mentioned anywhere! It is easy to check as the manual is so brief and rubbish. Now this is my 4th electric bike and second from Samebike, but try as I might I couldn't figure it out, so I sent a couple of messages to "Dumbledorelimited" (who apparently had offices in the UK, which is why I risked £1k on a sight unseen bike), the messages were quite simple, "how do i turn it on" I got 3 messages in return saying they were sending me a video of how to take the battery out, which they then failed to send. From the language and timing the PR department is in China, and they had no idea what it was I had asked for. Luckily I went on the web and found an Irish youtuber who had a similar experience and told me what to do. The supplied key was not as stated just for the battery lock, it was an ignition key to turn the battery on, after which you pressed the handlebar control to actually turn it on!! The key is located under the central spar at the base of the battery pack, to access it you either have to invert the bike or lie on the ground. I am not sure what bright spark thought it was a good position to put it, on a mountain/trail bike, where it will be subject to numerous impacts, but there it is. NONE of this is mentioned or alluded to or even vaguely hinted at in the manual whose only use should be for fire lighting. Oh the mudguards supplied probably do fit if you are a mechanical genius, but after an hour I gave up and left them off. So off on the first ride! It actually was OK, all off road, but flat, 100% electric to test range. 12.4KM brought the charge to exactly half, which is about 1/4 of the stated range. Now as on all Samebikes the little controller box/display is the most important thing, without it the electric part of the bike will not function. On the way back the bolts clipping the controller came out and I only notice when the controller was banging against the handlebar post! It is now held on with a cable tie until I can get to the bikeshop. None electric is fine 21 gears, but if that was al I wanted I would not have paid the money I did. So lessons, check out vendors properly!! I have to say if I am buying something for £1k I expect it to be easy to use, to work as described and to have comprehensive instructions. I probably would have rated it higher but for all the drama, which the Chinese would do well to manage better with higher value products.EDIT: I forgot to mention the charger only had an EU plug not a UK one, which was OK for me as I had an adapter, but I believe is illegal.

The bike arrived on time unpacked it and proceeded to build it up but the instructions are very poor to follow especially how the digital display works but went on utube and found a chap building one and explaining how everything works, went out on it and found it amazing, so far it’s proving to be a very good bike for the money and I would recommend it 👍

The media could not be loaded.  Got my 1st budget friendly e bike very good and very fast ebike gets me further in just under 8 minutes did over 140miles on the bike still running couldnt get the replacement light to work but overall 5 star for the performance and very fun bike to ride 🥰
