I upgraded to this board from a 6 card setup. Let me tell you: This board ROCKS!It "talks" to me unlike every other board I've ever had the displeasure to troubleshoot. Yes this board is for the crypto currency miner that wants to chip away at virtual coin that may very well be the future we all hope it may become.For the crypto miners, it has 13 slots for whatever gpu/video cards you want to toss in. Fastest and easiest setup when compared to most other boards. THIS IS THE BOARD YOU WANT!!If you want to critique something about this board, which is not a problem in my opinion, are the 13 slots for gpu cards. They are very close together! I simply added some electrical tape around the riser extensions to make sure they do not bump into each other, easy and comforting fix.Juice up this mother of boards with a fat PSU and press the power button (which is nicely included on this motherboard **BONUS**).I would recommend this board to no end. ASRock made a winner here. I normally stay away from the ASRock brands for general custom computer work, but now I am seriously reconsidering this opinion I have had of ASRock for years.Get it before it inevitably sells-out!!! Trust me, paying $150 to $200 on this board is a deal when you consider the gpu capacity and attention to the crypto miner they obviously placed in this product. LOVE IT!!

This board was super easy to setup, 6 GPUs installed without a hiccup. I was literally mining wiyhin an hour of receiving. Been running now for 6 weeks 24/7 and no issues in HiveOS.

I am very hesitant to leave less than 4 star reviews on Amazon. But when I drop thousands on a new rig, all depending on the advertised capabilities of the motherboard, I expect a certain level of accuracy, if not honesty, in the product description. The description given here on Amazon omits the most crucial detail: THIS BOARD DOES NOT SUPPORT USING MORE THAN 5 OF THE SAME NVIDIA GPU.* Yes I read the description on the site. It did not indicate anywhere, at the time I ordered it, that this board will not support 13 of the same manufacturer's GPU. Seems kinda important.* Yes I updated the BIOS. That did not / does not fix the shortcomings of this board.* No I did not consider buying 8 AMD GPU. I had already chosen 8 nVidia GPU, and so was already committed to this project to the tune of almost $6000.* No there is not a BIOS setting, memory setting, chipset driver or selection of OS that would help.The manufacturer website gives the correct details, somewhere halfway down the product page: 8 AMD GPU PLUS 5 NVIDIA GPU. You can NOT use 13 nVidia GPU. Nor can you use 13 AMD GPU. You can use an arbitrary AND HIDDEN COMBINATION of nVidia AND AMD GPU but you cannot use 13 of the same GPU. I can't fathom what type of masochist would combine AMD and nVidia video drivers on a Windows system. Simplemining would not be a solution as the motherboard burdens the limitation. ethOS doesn't support mixing GPU. Why does this board exist?

I fried one with a cheap psu. They worked great. Here is a tip: 1) If you use NVME, get the right one. Newer ones do not work as well as a lot of the old ones. It is picky. 2) Install windows with no GPUs hooked up and FLASH THE BIOS. It is easy and the website tells you how to. 3) If you have more than 3 GPUs. Use the Sata AND top Molex power sources. DO NOT USE BOTH MOLEX PLUGS!!!! I do not care what Asrock says! 4) If you are using 12 cards or less. DO NOT USE THE PCI-E16. Graphic issues out the wahoo. 5)Keep your hands away from the CPU fan... them jokers will cut the s*it out of you! Very happy with purchase.

Just opened the box, attached all the hardware and 13 Nvidea1660 ti's. After installing windows, Afterburner, drivers and miner software, it's now pulling 31 MH stable per card and running like a champ. After using both Asus B250 and Gigabyte B250-fintech, this was a dream to set up and get running. Wish I had tried this MB MUCH sooner. Would have saved me from many headaches. Came with current BIOS (VER 1.60) so just plug and play. If I decide to build another rig, this is DEFINITELY the motherboard I'll be using. It is a bit more expensive than I would have liked. However, not having to deal with any problems was WELL worth the money.

The price of this board has been all over from 100 and change to over 800.. so "value for your money" is a fairly relative question to ask. I had one, I loved it, until I opened the window above my miner and a storm blew in and got it wet. Have not found anyone willing or able to try to repair a motherboard. Loved it while it lasted!
