Work great! Don't break, you can drive them right into the concrete just fine.
Use a proper hammer drill with the right size bit, and these will work great. I can drive it all the way in without any problems. Tapcon anchor screws have never let me down.

Excellent Concrete Anchor
Use this product to secure handrail post flanges to a concrete floor. Screws work excellent, relatively easy to install and withstands the outside weather elements (no rusting).
