Had to put my hands in the toilet and feed this stupid thing down the toilet. It did not work. It is in the trasy.

So, for the price, the product is okay. I thought that the wire would self feed into the drain as you turned the crank. That's not how it works. You have to loosen the thumbscrew, feed the wire in until it stops, re-tighten the screw, and then turn the crank for it to try and clear the drain. Then you reverse it to actually pull out the debris. It was just more complicated than I originally thought.

The wire did bend on me because my drain has a stark hard shift that caused the bend easier then expect but otherwise did the job

It worked about all I can say I've used better but was in a pinch and needed one

This item looked very complicated at first when first arriving. But if you read the instructions it is not hard to use at all. I was able to unclog both my sink and bath tub. The knob on this item makes it way easier to even use as you just have to turn it. This item is really good for its price.

I order a new product and was sent a used one. Wth

Bit thin and flimsy and feels cheap compared to higher priced units but gets the job done at least once.

this product accomplished more than the plumber i used.
