works overnight for sure! like in 'what just happened there?' kind of way. you have a solid 8 hours after taking them before you need to worry about being close to a bathroom. sometimes closer to 12, don't think that they didn't work because you don't get the 8 hour reaction, just give it a few more hours. what i also find is that it's like a one and done - you aren't stuck in the bathroom all day - like one go and you feel great and you can go on about the rest of your day. these are maybe a once a week, even 2 weeks thing. you don't want to create a situation where your body thinks you need these to go. they should be used sporadically when needed as an assist vs regularly. they work. just use carefully, don't make them a habit.

Ummm. It works. I have a very slow metabolism and I have for as long as I can remember, so this doesn’t kick in for me until about the 12 hour mark so I don’t typically take it unless I’m off the next day because it actually empties me out. I feel so good after taking these because I feel like I’m always bloated. They really help without causing discomfort.

Took these for a few, it does work. I used the bathroom more, so I stopped taking. Will resume again in the future.
