Very good quality for a good price.
I use this great peeler for processing apples for canning Pie filling and Apple Sauce. I use it with my automatic peeler/corer appliance. I removed the old provided blade that gouged the apples and wasted huge amounts of good apple. Now, I simply hold this peeler on top while I run the appliance and it shaves a paper thin layer of peeling without losing any apple. It has made this process much easier and faster.This peeler also works fantastic on all vegetables that need close, accurate peeling. I highly recommend this fine tool.

The Best
I have always loved my mom’s Tuber-ware potato peeler, this one is 10x better at peeling everything from potatoes to peaches and more. It comes very sharp so be careful to not hit your fingers while peeling.
