My Dad is obsessive about rainfall. Why? Who knows? But he had one of these and unfortunately let it freeze during a cold snap. He didn't know the brand, but described it to me. He has some eye issues, so getting one that was easy to read was the number one criteria for selecting a rain gauge. I bought this one, he said it was exactly like his other. He put it up, and reports to me daily the amount of rainfall! Great product. My Dad and I thank the manufacturer for a quality product.

The numbers are easy to read even from a distance. It's accurate. Only drawback is getting it in the ground especially when the soil is hard!!! I haven't found a good place to hang it yet.

Great rain gauge. Easy to install and very accurate.

Nice unit, however I didn’t care for the mounting method. You always have to attach it back to the screws after you empty it. Would have preferred that you screw a holder down, then just set the gauge in the holder.

Love it, it's big, easy to read, I ordered a bunch for all the different families in my family.

It will do the job on my off grid homestead.
