Nicely made, and the rounded corners are a plus. Good as a spatter guard, but for me, particularly appreciated because I use it to help channel the cooking steam and rising smells to the vent, which is quite weak and ineffective by itself. The two-piece design makes it easy to customize to different situations. Sometimes I want to direct the airflow from off the side of the cooktop, where I have an air fryer, to the ventilation above the cooktop, and other times I want to have the shield around the actual cooktop, directing ventilation to the above fan. Taller than expected, but that makes it more effective for my use.

The media could not be loaded.  I got really tired of having to clean (or in my case, paint) the wall by the stove. Yes, I had to keep painting because we rent an apt so of course the paint they use is very cheap quality and if I clean it with a rag it just takes the paint right off and leaves a spot. It drives me crazy.I appreciate that this grease splatter guard exists. As we get ready to move into our new house, it was s must have for my kitchen since it’s all white. I cook a lot (on a daily basis) and having this on the stove makes cleaning up a breeze. It’s sturdy, so you don’t have worry about falling off into your pots as you cook or anything like that. In my case, it makes it s little tricky to reach the stove knobs to change the temperature but in our new hour it won’t a problem since the knobs will be in the front as opposed to the back. It’s very easy to clean and when folded, it’s glad so it’s easy to store when not in use.Overall, it’s a great investment and it will save you time cleaning your stove wall (backsplash) or having to paint it often like I do.

Material will definitely last. The only complaint I have is the sharp corners at the hinge side and the welded hinge also have sharp corners. It needs some sanding and thick tape (for the welded piece) to make it fully safe.

This was the largest splash guards we could find and still are just a little too small as the stove is 39" wide. We still use it by putting it on the back of the stove and protecting the wall splash since it's a pain to clean the wall, so this is still useful.

We got the larger size and it really helps oil splatters from getting on the tile grout and everything else near the stovetop. Great wind buffer when used in the outdoor grill.

Seems sturdy and tall enough too.

I use it on a buffet where I have a 2 burner hot plate I use as an extra work space. Since it's not a stove I needed the splash guard to protect the wall behind it.
