Bostitch Office Ascend 3 in 1 Stapler, 20 Sheet Capacity, Integrated Remover & Staple Storage, 420 Staples Included, Lightweight

I honestly don't remember if I even read the product details or customer reviews before purchasing this stapler, or if I read the details on the box it came in! So I was super surprised to find the secret staple compartment on the bottom of the unit. Love it! It actually came with 2 strips of very nice staples inside the secret compartment.Otherwise, it is a pretty basic stapler. I bought it for the chrome outer casing. It smudges with fingerprints, but wipes off easily (I expected as much). It is much lighter weight than the older models you usually find in offices, but doesn't seem any less sturdy. Works just fine. Looks good on my desk. Box was new and undamaged, no shipping issues.

UPDATE: After one year of light use, this stapler started jamming all the time. Tried to fix it several times. Finally threw it away.Original review: Like so many others, I had to set up a quick home office and purchased this stapler for that purpose. It is comfortable, works as it should, and is kind of cute. The built in staple remover and staple storage in the base are pluses. It does not feel like a super sturdy stapler, so I don't know that it would hold up to heavy office use, but for my purposes, it fits the bill!

The stapler I received worked a couple of times when I first received it and then I set it down on my file cabinet. I seldom staple things so a month or so later when I picked it back up to use it it kept jamming. It wouldn't work when held in my hand. I had to repeatedly bang on it to get any Staples to come out and half of the Staples were broken in the process. I contacted Bostitch Customer Service and they were so kind and they are sending me a new stapler. First class customer service!

The media could not be loaded.  PROS: This stapler is cute.CONS: The top of the stapler is incredibly flimsy/floppy which is DANGEROUS! The spring inside does not keep the staples in place (if you turn up your volume and watch the video, you can hear the staples sliding around inside). If I pick up the stapler and try to open it up to staple something onto a wall, the staples fall out because the top just pops open. You can see that if I point the stapler down slightly (so the staples are near the dispensing end), it works. But if I point the stapler up slightly (so the staples slide away from the dispensing end), then it doesn’t work. VERY POORLY MADE.

Love the stapler, holds extra staples and has a remover in the back. It’s more pink then purple but I still like it.

It’s pink, it’s shiny, it makes me that much happier when stapling homework packets together. My neighbor teacher jokes that she’s going to steal it.

I have 2 more reviews to hear a joke from Amazon so here goes. My last stapler finally gave out after many fine years of service. I jumped right on Amazon and found the prettiest stapler I could find. So far it's working great, no jams, and it is an awfully nice shade of purplish burgundy. :-)

Pretty stapler! I bought it because it came with the staple remover on the end and was supposed to come with staples. There were no staples in my package which is disappointing.

As a former officer worker and remaining office supplies addict, I have had and used countless staplers. Recently I needed another one and was astonished to find the listing for this item. When it arrived, I could hardly believe my eyes. Comfy in the hand, nice to look at, holds a whole section of easily-obtained regular staples, BUT they also cleverly built in a section below where 2 spare refill lengths are held. ??! Seriously? Yep. Why the heck haven't I ever seen this feature before? What a brilliant, elegant, simple design. What is that? 3000 staples on board?It gives me hope. If you can improve the design this drastically on an old-fashioned office stapler, maybe some brains out there can figure out some of the bigger problems in this world.Meantime, I love my Bostitch stapler! It's definitely my new go-to ; )

Da es sich nicht um die herkömmlichen Bostitch-Klammetn (mit leichtem Knick oben, sondern gerade) sind diese fast nirgends zu finden.

Llevo usando esta grapadora (engrapadora) alrededor de unos 8 meses y es increible, muy resistente, pone la grapa a unas 15 hojas facilmente (aunque dice es es hasta para 20) tiene por la parte de abajo una sección para guardar grapas de repuesto, el color también es muy bonito, ideal para trabajo o para casa, y además en la parte trasera de la grapadora tiene para quitar las grapas de una manera mas fácil que con la mano

I work in a school and enjoy fun office supplies. I love my pink mirrored stapler. I haven't used the staple remover but the stapling functiom works well and feels solid. Get lots of compliments on my fun stapler.
