Renewable Project Finance for Lenders: Step-by-Step Walkthrough Paperback – January 23, 2022

This is a brilliant book for a lender (or a junior lender) trying to familiarise themselves with a project finance transaction. Mr Han takes the reader from the beginning, providing a quick summary initially, followed by each step from lender's initiation to the transaction / sponsor all the way to the financial close (and everything in between).What I've found to be refreshing is the practical / real life scenario approach taken by the author. The case study example is like what we encounter everyday.Please note, however, that this is NOT a book on how to model PF transactions. Even though the author provides a high level introduction (and a very good one indeed), I'm sure there are far more sophisticated financial modelling books out there.All in all, I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good practical introduction to PF / Renewable Energy financing deal.

The book doesn't go deep into the specific renewable energy project financing which was expectation as per the book title

Great book, summarizes well main steps of renewable project finance. Well written and clear!
