I can not say enough about this product!I was skeptical to say the least, as the price seemed way too good to be true!First , IT IS HEAVY, BUT it seems good and sturdy and of good quality.It took MAYBE 10 minutes to put it together, I did set the mattresses out for 24 hours to allow them to completely open.The remotes are sturdy and sit very well in hand. The presets are spot on for my personal taste, and the fact that I'm able to tweak it should I need to, is just icing on the cake!I chose to go with 12 inch mattress , as I'm pretty short, but I found that to also be perfect for the massage, as the mattresses are not so thick to dull this setting, but only compliment it! I don't find the sound of the motors to be loud or distracting.Thee mattresses are more firm then I am use to, but that's what I was hoping for, as usual don't like to climb out of a hole just to get in and out of bed!The sellers were really good to reach out and remind me that it may not show up all at once, which it didn't, this was not a problem as it only took 2 days to get all pieces.In my opinion, this was more then expected,and I feel like I got my money's worth.I very highly recommend this!

Back relief. After-work-day relief. Massage sounds like the whole house is ready to fly, so do not use it when someone sleeps. Good quality, for it holds a 14-inch mattress and my almost 400-pound body. It definitely deserves 5 stars.

Two part review..first regarding customer service & second the product review.First off, I had to cancel my order because I just moved & had forgotten to change my new delivery address but it was too late the bed had already shipped. The company (Lisa) contacted me & asked why I attempted to cancel..which they had already gotten their money so why care right? I explained my situation & she contacted FedEx to make sure they delivered to the new address…they did not have to do that plus she stayed in contact with me to make sure everything went smoothly which it did! I was so frazzled & wasn’t sure what to do..thanks to the customer service for actually caring that I wasn’t out an expensive item.Now as for the adjustable base & mattresses, chose the Split King Adjustable Bed with Mattress - 14" Luxury Cool Gel Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress….I’ve never slept on memory foam & I’m telling you it has changed my life…I went from a Queen size adjustable bed with a super thin basic mattress thinking that the mattress wasn’t the part that was important since it’s an adjustable base…I mean it’s bound to be comfy since it’s adjustable right? Well no, I had to stop sleeping on it & slept in my recliner (husband not happy about that) I have back issues so it’s hard to find a bed that’s worth sleeping on…So this time I looked & compared & researched…read many reviews & made my choice…it had come down to this bed & another brand…I chose the other brand & put it on my cart…but at the last minute something told me to get the ESHINE bed instead & I swear I could absolutely not be happier! I hardly even need to adjust the bed because the mattress itself is amazing…I sink in to it in all the right places…I have hip pain & could never lay on my sides & being over weight that’s the only comfortable position for me…but now I sleep in any position I want…whenever I move the memory foam goes right back into position & like I said being overweight that’s something I was afraid of because let’s face it…a lot of companies may take that into consideration but they don’t cater to it. Anyway…the bed feels brand new every time I get into it…I mean I’ve only had it month maybe…but still. I was a bit afraid of getting a firm bed because I’ve always gotten super soft pillow tops or whatever….boy was I not doing my back any justice….it’s definitely firm…it felt too firm when I first set it up but then I laid on it & realized just how awesome it really felt. I don’t know what more I can say…it was easy set up…the massage feature can actually be felt on more of your body & it’s not noisy like my other bed was when I turned the massage on on my old bed I swore we were about to take flight & the massage was more like an extreme vibration & not in a good way haha…so I highly recommend you give this a try especially if you have aches & pains when you wake up…like I said this has changed my life…I don’t have to scramble for pain medication when I first wake up haha! I know this is a long review & no I’m not making one red cent from it either…I just love it that much & know what it’s like to be in pain & even the smallest amount of relief can be a life saver! Oh & by the way, my husband really loves it too…lol!

I’ve only been sleeping in this bed for a few weeks, and it did take some getting used to, but it’s a huge improvement over sleeping in a regular bed. I have serious back issues and must sleep only on my back. In this bed, there’s no need for a pillow under my knees. It’s pretty firm so that’s good, too. A year before I bought this bed, I bought a zero gravity recliner which is the best purchase I’ve ever made. I was already spoiled rotten because of it, so my bed was just a tiny bit of a let-down because I’m not nearly as comfortable in my bed as I am in my recliner. Nevertheless, I’m glad I bought this bed, and I intend to buy one more. My biggest peeve is that this bed doesn’t elevate my feet as high as I would like, but I’m doing okay with it. I’m a little amazed that my disabled husband was capable of assembling the bed all by himself!! I did let the mattress lie uncovered for a day or two to give it time to inflate fully before I began using it. I don’t use a pillow for my head because of my unique neck issues, so being able to adjust my head easily is wonderful. The massage feature is just a nice little extra. I use it every time I lie down because I have difficulty sleeping and it helps. By the way, the owner’s manual is extremely brief and short on details so let me tell you what I found out much later. You have to push the head or foot buttons three times to get the maximum vibration. The night light under the bed is a nice feature but it doesn’t stay on. It automatically shuts off after a short time. Surprisingly, there’s even more storage space under this bed than under my previous ordinary bed, and that’s nice, too. I do advise buying either a full XL or a queen size bed cover though so that whatever you store underneath won’t be visible. The bed cover I’m currently using is probably a queen size because it touches the floor on both sides. The flashlight feature on the remote is actually very handy. Because my sleep issues are even worse than my back issues, I use a chin strap, a sleep mask, and earbuds. Occasionally something goes AWOL so the flashlight is great for finding it. Curiously, there are two buttons on the remote that do the same thing: the flat symbol button and the sleep symbol button both return the bed to its prone position. I guess they just needed the extra button to complete the remote design! Thankfully, there’s a light button on the bottom center of the remote so that you can push it in the dark and the remote is illuminated. Unfortunately, it goes off so quickly, you have to keep pushing it, but once all your favorite positions have been added to the memory, you won’t need to use the remote so much anyway. To my astonishment, I had no difficulty at all with the setup process, and for that I am supremely thankful! One more thing: The bed and the mattress come separately, and the bed is really heavy so our delivery guy was nice enough to get it as far as our ramp under the carport. Another delivery guy put the rolled up mattress in a box on our porch. If your delivery guys aren’t that nice, you may need help or at least a trolley. All in all, while few things are perfect, I’m well satisfied with this bed.
